Welcome to the web site of the Latin American Case Library of Law and Public Policy. This is a project developed by the Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, with support from the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), and the partnership of several law schools of the continent.

This website offers to professors of Law and other human sciences a set of teaching cases in Law and Public Policy in Latin America. The cases are accessed freely and intend to stimulate the debate on innovative techniques for education, especially the "case method".
